How do I send my photo in to Jason’s Details in the Photo program?
You must send your picture via email from your cell phone to YourNumber@gridmob.com (for example: 3105558734@gridmob.com) with the word “Jason” in the subject line.  You must confirm with the word PHOTO to send your message successfully. The cost of $0.99 per photo will appear on your wireless bill.

Why am I receiving a message asking me if I want to confirm sending my photo?
This message is sent to you when you send in your photo in order to confirm that you are aware of, and willing to accept the $0.99 charge per message.  Simply reply with PHOTO if you accept this charge, or do nothing if you do not wish to accept this charge.

Where can I see my photo?
You can see your photo at www.jasonmraz.com/detailsinthephoto. Click on the link for the event you attended in order to view photos from that event.  Photos sent in prior to the tour dates will be arranged by area code on the same page.

How do I send my message to the screen at one of Jason’s concerts?
To text your message to the screen, simply text the word JASON followed by your message to 99134.  You must confirm with the word IMYOURS to send your message successfully. The cost of $0.99 per message will appear on your wireless bill.

How will I be billed for my messages?
You will receive a confirmation SMS to your handset that will advise you that your message has been received and notifying you that a charge of $0.99 will appear on your next wireless bill. You will be asked to confirm that you are willing to accept the charges before the fee is applied to your phone bill.  Standard messaging rates may also apply.

How many messages can I submit?
You can send as many messages as you want, provided the total charge for those messages does not exceed the monthly maximum allowed by your wireless carrier.  Contact your wireless provider for more details. Each valid mobile entry that you send to the program will generate a $0.99 billable event on your next mobile phone bill.

Does it matter which carrier I use as my mobile service provider?
This service is currently available on Alltel, AT&T, Cellular One, Sprint, Nextel, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, Verizon, and Cricket.

Will I be billed if my message does not make it to the program sponsor?
No. If you make an error in your entry and your message is not delivered to the application, you will receive a free error message on your device. If you receive this error message, please try to submit your question again.

How do I stop receiving messages from Jason once I have opted in?
Just text “JMSTOP” to 99134. You will receive no further messages.

How do I send in an SMS message from my phone?
Sending an SMS is easy and fun! Although all handsets are different (see your user manual for complete details), most phones will have a “send SMS” or “send text message” option under their messaging menu item.  From here you need to send the desired word to 99134.
